Those documents include: Signed Pre-Application Meeting Notes, Applicant / Owner Certification, Letter of Intent, Copy of a Recorded Plat, Legal Description, Boundary Survey, Site Plan, Disclosure of Campaign Contributions (Attachment A), and any Proffered Conditions (Attachment B).
