Instructions: In order for your complaint to be processed, you must fill in all questions completely and sign this form. It is important that you supply as much detail as possible. If you have any questions, call code enforcement at 770-307-3034 ext.3806. Please note that Barrow County Code Enforcement only investigates complaints in unincorporated areas of the County.*Anonymous complaints are processed, however, according to Georgia Law, Barrow County cannot prosecute without sufficient witnesses and/or evidence.
