Pre - Application Review
This form is used to request a pre-application review for all zoning, special use, future land use map amendments, and variance requests.
Upon review, staff may deem it necessary for a zoom or in person meeting to further discuss the application. You will be contacted if this is required.
Once the staff review is complete, you will receive an email from seamless docs with staff notes pertaining to your application. These notes are to be saved by the applicant and uploaded as a required attachment with the application.
