You will be provided with a Temporary Event Application Number upon submission.

Be sure to have all the necessary documents before you begin this application. Those documents include: Owner's Authorization, Signed Temporary Event Acknowledgement, Location Map and Site Plan (should include site boundary, parking, and location of any associated activities, buildings, food/drink service stations, restrooms, and/or structures), Documentation verifying the number of off-duty Barrow County Deputies, Security Details, Traffic Management Plan, Proof of Liability Insurance, Hold Harmless Agreement, U.S. Citizen / Qualified Alien Affidavit, E-Verify Compliance Affidavit, and any other relevant documents.
